A Short Term Course on  “Coaching of Teachers in Life Skills" was conducted by NITTTR, Chandigarh. Dr. Abhishek Swami, Associate Professor, Departments of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida participated in the program. The program was delivered by eminent speakers of Coachgrab Training Private Limited. The objective of the program was to enhance the life skills of the teachers of the technical institutions so that they would be able to pass on the critical skills to their students as well, thereby, carving the students into smart and humane individuals who have the ability to overcome all the challenges. Sixteen remote centres were also connected with this program through ICT.

A Short Term Course on Developing Values, Attitudes and Managerial Skills in Teachers was Conducted by NITTTR, Chandigarh from 6th - 10th February 2017. The basic objective of the course was to understand the essential values and attitude that are required in a teacher. The workshop was organized at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida through ICT. Three faculty members namely Ms. Kiran Singh (Assistant professor), Dr. Vaishali Pravin Raut  (Assistant Professor) and Dr. Abhishek Swami (Assistant Professor) of Applied science department attended the workshop. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Wats (Professor and Head Media Centre, Continuing Education Centre, NITTTR Chandigarh) discussed the objectives of the course and its contents.
