The QEEE session on 'Fundamental of Laplace Transform' was organized by IIT, Madras under D2S (Direct to Student) Program at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida through ICT on 24th January, 31st January and 2nd February 2017 for B.Tech. 1st Year CSE students. Prof. Gopal Srinivasan (Department of Mathematics, IIT, Bombay) was the resource person for these sessions. Mr. Prassan Sharma (Assistant Professor, Department of APS) coordinated the session as the Local Faculty Coordinator.

QEEE Session on gradient divergence and curl

QEEE Session on "Gradient Divergence and Curl" was organized by IIT, Madras under D2S (Direct to Student) Program at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida through ICT during 1st - 3rd February 2017 which was conducted by Prof. Vijayan C, IIT Madras. Dr. Abhishek Swami and Mr. Dinesh Kumar, DGI Greater Noida were the Local Faculty Coordinators for the session. First Year Students from B. Tech (CSE) attended the session.

Spoken Tutorial Awareness Session

An awareness session on Spoken Tutorial was organized by Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida in collaboration with IIT Bombay on 17th February 2017. Fourteen Faculties from various colleges and 134 students of First Year from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended the session.

The objective of the session was to spread awareness about spoken tutorial activities and to train students as well as faculty members. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Varsha Dand, Training Coordinator, Spoken Tutorial, IIT Bombay.

Workshop on e-myths

"7th - 8th April 2017 | Organised by Footsteps "

A Workshop on "E-Myths" was organized by "Footsteps" for First Year Engineering students on 07th - 08th April 2017 Dronacharya Group of Institutions. Mr. Rohit Sinha, NXP Semiconductors was the Resource Person. Mr. Rohit conducted various activities which involved all the students. Initially he made an attempt to introduce the students to each other. Further he divided them into teams and projected a video clip from to assess the basic knowledge of the students.

A Workshop on "Introduction to Cryptography" was organized on 13 September 2017 for First Semester students. Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Kumar Sharma of IIT Delhi conducted the Workshop.

Workshop on Virtual Laboratories was organized on 15th September 2017. Mr. Mohak Kaushik and Ms. Divya Priya, Field Engineer, IIT Delhi V-Lab Centre were the resource persons for the workshop.

Guest lecture on Engineering Physics was organized on 1st November, 2017. The lecture was conducted by Prof. Ravi Kant Soni, Professor in Physics Department at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
