Electoral Literacy Club (ELC’s) acts as a platform to promote electoral literacy to the students through interesting activities and hands-on experience and sensitize them on their electoral rights and familiarize them with the electoral process of registration and voting but in an apolitical, neutral and non-partisan manner.

At ELC, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida learning meets fun. Activities are designed to stimulate and motivate students provoking them to think and ask questions.

Objective

The main objective of ELC is to Educate students about voter registration, electoral process and related matters through hands on experience.

Enable critical thinking on issues related to election rights, democracies and its processes.

Familiarize students with EVM and VVPAT and educate them about robustness of EVM and integrity of the electoral process using EVMs.

Develop a culture of electoral participation and maximize the ethical voting and follow the principle ‘Every vote counts’ and ‘No voters to be left behind’.
