National Voters' Day

To celebrate National Voters’ Day, NSS wing of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized “Essay Writing Competition” on 25th Jnauary 2023.
The theme for this year’s NVD, ‘Nothing Like Voting, I Vote for Sure’. We all should work together to further strengthen active participation in elections and strengthen our democracy.
To mark the foundation day of Election Commission of India, NVD is celebrated in college with the objective to educate and inspire youth to vote during elections.
Prof. (Dr.) Mamta Bhardwaj (NSS, Coordinator) explained students’ importance of voting. She said, every voter should come forward to vote then only progress and development of the country will not be hampered and problem of common people can be solved.
After the motivational word, faculty members, staff members and students under the guidance of Prof. (Dr) SK Srivastava (Registrar, DGI, Greater Noida) took pledge to always vote.
Students of various branches participated and celebrated National Voters Day enthusiastically.
