A Project Competition “INNOVISION-2017” was organized by DGI, Greater Noida on 1st April 2017 . 46 projects were displayed during the competition. Four Projects Smart GSM Based Solar Powered Crop Harvester, Wireless Advance Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Hand Talk and Bin-Bot projects from EEE & ECE Department reached in top 15 projects. The projectees were awarded with the certificates.

Project titled “IOT Based Health Care System” (Projectee:  Saurabh Jiwal (ECE), Sachin Kumar Verma (ECE), Jatin Gupta (CSE) and Lalit Mohan Gupta (EEE)) won the Young Innovator Award during the Innovation Summit,  Melting Pot 2020, held at Taj Vivanta Surajkund on 24 and 25 November 2016.

Five student of EEE Department have achieved Certificate for CCNA Routing and Switching : Introduction to Networks during the even semester (2016-17).

6 students of EEE branch successfully completed the different online courses of NPTEL and got the certificates during ODD Semester (Academic Session 2016-17).

5 students of EEE branch successfully cleared the SPOKEN Tutorial exam of different subjects and got certificates from Spoken Tutorial IIT Bombay during the ODD Semester (Academic session 2016-17).
