Under The Banner Preparing Students For ISRO Recruitment

CSI Student Chapter, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida under the banner preparing students for ISRO Recruitment organized session on Computer Network on 3rd July 2021. Prof. Hansraj Yadav mentored the students on the topic for recruitment process.
The objective of the session was to guide students for preparation of ISRO recruitment.
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is the space agency of the Government of India. ISRO is engaged in Research and Development activities in development of Space Application, Space Science and Technology for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving self-reliance and developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/Remote Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them.
Every year ISRO recruits ECE, ME, EEE, CSIT and CSE Department students for the post of scientist.
Prof. Hansraj guided the students fundamental concepts of Computer Networks in a simple and easy manner starting from Concept of layering, LAN technologies, Flow and error control techniques, Application layer protocols (DNS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, POP), Switching, IPv4/IPv6, Routers and routing algorithms and sockets, congestion control, and Basics of Wi-Fi, Network security. He also gave some practice questions to the students for the better understanding of the way how question will be asked in the examinations.
Overall it was a knowledgeable session for the students.
