Frequently Asked Questions

All students and staff of Dronacharya Group of Institutions are eligible for library membership. Registration is done by filling out the Library Membership Form online and submitting the same.

The Library operates on all working days from 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM. Timings may be extended during examinations or as notified by the college.

Books are issued at the circulation counter using the College ID Borrowing limits are as per college library rules.

Borrowed books may be renewed before the due date, provided they are not reserved by another user. Renewal can be done at the library counter.

Yes. The library provides access to subscribed e-journals, databases, and online resources through institutional login credentials, wherever applicable.

The e-Granthalaya Library Management System can be accessed through the library portal or designated systems within the library by the library officials only.

In case of loss, the borrower must inform the library immediately and replace the book with the same/latest edition or pay the applicable fine as per DGI library norms.

Library staff can be contacted in person during library hours or through the official email/phone.

Yes. Printing, photocopying, and scanning facilities are available in the library as per rules and applicable charges.

Yes. Books that are currently issued can be reserved in advance through the circulation desk.

Users may submit a Book Recommendation Form or email the library with book details. Requests are reviewed and considered during the procurement process.
