Republic Day Celebration

We did not get our freedom in a flash but it took decades and numerous struggles of our freedom fighters for the attainment of independence. Remembering the golden heritage of the country and to feel proud to be an Indian, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida celebrated the 72nd REPUBLIC DAY on 26th January 2021.
Director Prof. (Dr.) Arpita Gupta hosted the flag which was followed by National Anthem. On the proud day, Dr. Arpita Gupta also addressed the students and staff members and quoted that “The constitution was framed by the drafting committee, headed by Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. According to the constitution, India is a Democratic, Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and Republic. On the day, India became an independent republic, as the constitution replaced the previously official Government of India Act of 1935.” She ended her gracious speech by thanking the brave leaders of the glorious nation who guided the path to peace and prosperity so that we can hold our heads high and be proud of our country.
On the historical day in remembrance of our national heroes the college organized a tree plantation drive. Director Prof. (Dr.) Arpita Gupta took the prestigious honor of planting the tree.
