Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Campus Placement Drive for Ucertify Training & Learning Pvt. Ltd. for B.Tech CSE,IT, ECE Branches of 2019 Batch on Oct 3, 2018.
uCertify, headquartered in Pleasanton, CA, is a leader in career and vocation training and platform. It is the developer of uCertify LEARN, a highly interactive, cloud-based and device-enabled, teaching and learning management platform for online, anywhere, anytime, competency based learning. uCertify platform is equally effective for self-paced, instructor-led or blended learning.
uCertify LEARN is specifically designed to deliver HigherEd, vocational, workforce development & readiness and corporate training programs to diverse audiences with different proficiency levels.
Senior HR Mr. Ayush Mittal, along with Mr. Sandeep visited the premises for the conduction of the campus placement activity.
The session started with the company's corporate presentation. Mr. Mittal gave an overview of the company's work environment, its vision and mission. He informed the students about various profiles they are offering and also the career graph which they need to follow once they become part of Ucertify.
The next round was an online test which was based on the profiles, the company was offering. This was a 50 minutes test in which questions related to Aptitude and English were asked. Post the evaluation of this test, 76 students were shortlisted for the next round. The shortlisted students were then divided on the basis of profile they had opted.
For the students who opted for Developer profile, there was a further coding round of 2 hours and for the other profiles, the HR started with the GD.
Students were given various topics to brain storm on. All the shortlisted students after the GD, appeared in other round of offline test.
The day ended with souvenir presentation to company's personnel by Prof. (Dr.) Ashish Soti, Hon'ble Director, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.
The final result of the campus activity is awaited.
