Under The Banner Preparing Students For ISRO Recruitment

CSI Student Chapter, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida under the banner preparing students for ISRO Recruitment organized session on C+ DS+ ALGO on 29th June 2021. Prof. Yashwardhan Soni was the mentor of the session.
The objective of the session was to guide how to prepare for the ISRO recruitment.
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is the space agency of the Government of India. ISRO is engaged in Research and Development activities in development of Space Application, Space Science and Technology for the benefit of society at large and for serving the nation by achieving self-reliance and developing capacity to design and build Launch Vehicles and Communication/Remote Sensing Satellites and thereafter launch them. Every year ISRO recruits ECE, ME, EEE and CSE Department students for the post of scientist.
Prof. Soni started the session with the explanation of basics of the C Programing. Next he explained some of the important related topics - Recursion. Arrays, stacks, queues, linked lists, trees, binary search trees, binary heaps, graphs. Moving the session further he explained to the students’ basics of Algorithms and topics to prepare in algorithms according to the pattern asked in the examination. He also told students to prepare for the topics based on their weightage in the question papers. He suggested students to solve as many previous year question papers as possible to understand the type of questions asked in the examinations.
Overall it was an informative session for the students.
