NES Innovation Award 2019 (Final Round)

The Final Round of NES Innovation Awards 2019, instituted under the patronage of Padma Vibhushan Dr R. A. Mashelkar, the celebrated former Chief Scientific Advisor to the Govt of India and Founder of the Pune International Center, was organized on February 23, 2019 at Sumant Moolgaokar Auditorium, Pune.
The objective of the NES Innovation Awards is to identify innovative and nurture ideas in the area of Computer Technology/ Software Industry. The organizers focus specifically on students including those in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and thus promote the immense talent of students across socio-economic classes which otherwise goes untapped. The award was instituted to motivate students to develop innovative solutions that serve real needs and exploit significant opportunities that can generate employment and wealth for the nation and create a successful innovation eco-system where young and innovative students are able to dream and solve the problem.
After successfully clearing the initial stages, two teams from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida had qualified for the Final Round.

The Finalists made their project presentation to the NES jury members. After the presentation, each team recorded their testimony, explaining the procedure of presentation and their reasons for selecting the particular problem statement.

The final result of the NES Innovation Award 2019 is expected to be declared in the third week of March 2019.
