Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noidahosted the campus placement drive forUST Global for B.Tech CSE / IT / ECE / EEE and ME 2015 Batch on Janury 27th and January 28th 2016.

They adopt Six Sigma practices for developing the client - facing processes. Their centers in India are ISO 27001 certified and they were assessed PCMM level 5 in 2004.These certifications and practices provide a qualified foundation for all UST Global service offerings and enable our clients to benefit internally.
On January 27th, about 200 students appeared in the online test for UST Global .The test was scheduled in 3 batches and the duration of the test was 90 minutes comprising of Aptitude, Technical and Behavioral questions. The interview for all the shortlisted candidates was scheduled on Jan 28th in Dronacharya Group of Institutions itself.
On January 28th A TEAM of 7 members headed by Ms. Rekha Matthews - Global India Head - Talent Acquisition visited the college for the same. They were received by Ms. Prachi Agarwal, TPO, Dronacharya Group Of institutions, Greater Noida.
The event started off with an elaborative company's presentation by the Technical HEAD. He ran the students through the minutest details of the company, right from the inception till the present date. It was a very detailed presentation which went on for about an hour minting all the details about the Software’s, Global Markets, Future plans etc.
Next round was a Group Discussion in which the students were divided in a batch of 10 students and were made to speak on different topics to express their views. All the students went ahead and depicted their speaking powers, Leadership qualities and working with the TEAM Culture.The main motive of this was to gauge how well the students fit in the culture.
All the shortlisted students now went through the final round which was the main hurdle in getting selected. Questions related to testing, Development and coding were asked from the students.
The event ran up to 6 PM in the evening with a vote of thanks from Dr. S.K. Bagga, Director , Dronacharya Group Of Institutions, Greater Noida. The final result of this activity will be declared on coming Monday.
