The Reskilling HR Foundation successfully organized the Viksit Bharat Conclave – 2025 on 27th March’ 2025 at the India International Center, Annexe Building, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The theme for the event was ‘Empowering India: Transformative Leadership for Viksit Bharat’ and brought together policymakers, thought leaders, industry experts, and academicians to deliberate on strategies which can help position India as a global economic leader.
The primary goal of the conclave was to understand how technology integration and excellence in leadership can sharpen the Indian workforce to make the Viksit Bharat vision a reality. Discussions looked into India’s policy advocacy, reskilling plans and economic development strategies so the nation could be the third largest economy in the world. The event served as the platform for exchanging ideas on transformable leadership, artificial intelligence (AI), political and administrative reforms, women empowerment, challenges of the forthcoming workforce, and growth solutions.
6 students from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida were awarded with the 1st prize as they put forth the most visionary ideas on transforming India into Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Additionally, the event marked the inauguration of the book “Fintech (Financial Technology)” authored by Dr. Sahab Singh,Professor, Department of Management Studies, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida and Dr. Sangeeta, Assistant Professor, Management education & Research Institute, New Delhi, further enriching the discourse on financial technology and its real-world applications.
The conclave began with the formal lighting of a lamp as an offering to the Goddess Saraswati, presided over by Ms. Sanjana. Shri Mahesh Golani, Program Director of Reskilling HR Foundation, expressed his deep appreciation to the keynote speakers, esteemed guests and participants while stimulating them to collaborate for a grand success.

- Umesh Sharma, President Samvedna elaborate upon the importance of workplace wellness and mental health in Viksit Bharat.
- Brigadier Sanjay Agarwal, Former Security advisor to Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and Former Advisor to National Highway Authority of India, Govt. of India, emphasized upon reskilling and upskilling for staying relevant in an evolving job market.
- Sahab Singh, Professor, Department of Management Studies, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noidaemphasized the role of financial technology (FinTech) and data security in the everyday life of a common banker in the context of the Indian Banking system.
- Shri GS Bawa, Ex-General Manager, Airports Authority of India, shared views on the need and necessity for lifelong skill development and reskilling.
- CA Mukesh Singh Kushwah, Ex-Govt. Nominee Director ICMAI & Central Council Member, ICAI, New Delhi, motivated the youth to pursue careers aligned with their passions and skills rather than societal trends.
- Shri Amitabh Khare, Chief Executive Director RRBs, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi, highlighted the need for a skilled workforce to support the nation’s development ambitions.
- Chakit Swaroop, Big Data Architect, UK Telecom & Ex National Project Manager, Govt. of India underlined the power of data-driven decision making and the need for AI integration to enhance India’s digital transformation.
- Rakesh Sinha, CEO, Quintes Global Pvt. Ltd. shared his views on transformative potential of AI and the necessity of equipping India’s youth with advanced technology.
- KN Choubey, Retd. Colonel and Professor of Labour Law, spoke about the shift in mindset we require for India to become self-sufficient in technology.
The Viksit Bharat Conclave – 2025 emerged as one of the most impactful and significant events, sparking vital discussions on India's transformation into a developed nation. Through the convergence of technological innovation visionary leadership and robust policy frameworks, the conclave highlighted the path toward realizing the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. It effectively inspired and empowered participants to actively contribute to this national mission, while reinforcing the importance of collaboration among industry, academia, and government.
