Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted “The Viksit Bharat Yuva Sansad 2025” serving as the nodal center for Gautam Buddha Nagar. The event aligned with the National Youth Parliament 2025 initiative aimed to empower young minds by providing them with a platform to voice their opinions on crucial national issues. Covering three districts - Baghpat, Ghaziabad and Gautam Budha Nagar—the event witnessed overwhelming participation, fostering a spirit of democracy and leadership among the youth.
The National Youth Parliament 2025 is an initiative aimed at inculcating political awareness, leadership qualities and democratic values among the youth of India. It provides a platform for young individuals to engage in policy discussions and present their perspectives on critical governance issues. The core objective of this initiative is to encourage meaningful dialogue on national policies, promote unity and foster informed decision-making capabilities among the youth. The theme "One Nation, One Election" was chosen to encourage discussions on electoral reforms and governance efficiency in India.
Participant Screening and Division: A total of 297 enthusiastic participants registered for the district-level competition, out of which 150 candidates were meticulously screened and selected for further rounds.

The competition was structured over two days. The theme for the oratory competition was "One Nation, One Election," wherein each participant was allotted three minutes to express their views and perspectives on the subject.
Day 1: The inaugural day of the event was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including:
- Chief Guest: Shrichand Sharma – A highly respected Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), Mr. Sharma has been instrumental in various socio-economic and educational reforms in the region, ensuring that youth engagement and community welfare remain a priority.
- Guest of Honour: Arpit Tiwari, Vice President, BJP, Greater Noida.
Their insightful speeches emphasized the importance of youth engagement in policy-making and democratic processes. The jury for the day consisted of:Dr. Satyaveer, Mr. Deepak Kumar, Mr. Parmanand Kaushik, Mr. Pankaj Thakur and Dr. Sapna Arya
Day 2 The second day continued with the same zeal and enthusiasm, with another set of 70 participants competing. The esteemed guests for the day included:
- Chief Guest: Amit Chaudhary – As the ZilaPanchayat President of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Mr. Chaudhary has played a crucial role in rural development, infrastructure improvement, and social empowerment initiatives.
- Guest of Honour: Samardeep Saxena Regional Director, Regional directorate of NSS UP & UK.,Mr. Saxena has been a key proponent of youth-led social initiatives, volunteerism, and leadership development through the National Service Scheme (NSS).
- Deva Bhati, Zila Panchayat Member also graced the occasion with their presence.
The participants delivered insightful speeches presenting various perspectives on the topic. The jury panel for the second day remained the same as the first, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation process.
The institution received valuable guidance from Mr. Samardeep Saxena (Regional Director, NSS UP & UK) & Ms. Snegdha (District Youth Officer) whose support played a crucial role in the successful execution of the event.
Following rigorous assessments and deliberations, the result was declared on the second day itself. 10 outstanding participants from the district-level competition earned the honor of representing Gautam Buddha Nagar at the state-level round of the National Youth Parliament 2025. The selected participants are:

The Viksit Bharat YuvaSansad 2025, held at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, was a remarkable event that successfully ignited political consciousness and leadership aspirations among young minds. The event not only provided a platform for intellectual discourse but also contributed to shaping future leaders who will play a significant role in India’s development. The selected participants now advance to the state level, further progressing in their journey toward the grand finale of the National Youth Parliament 2025.
