AiPEX - Advancing Innovation Professionals for Ecosystem eXcellence

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida participated in AiPEX - Advancing Innovation Professionals for Ecosystem eXcellence (Batch 1), a three-day professional development programme held from 14–16 September 2026 at Innovation Hub UP Foundation, AKTU, Lucknow. Dr. Deepak Kumar and Dr. Ashutosh Mishra represented DGI during the programme.
Organised by Innovation Hub UP Foundation, AKTU, in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, the programme focused on strengthening institutional incubation, startup support, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development. Participants gained practical insights into incubation programme design, startup mentoring, funding opportunities, proposal development, CSR, impact assessment, and sustainable incubation models.
Interactive sessions with experienced incubation professionals and ecosystem experts provided valuable perspectives on startup nurturing, mentor networks, funding linkages, performance measurement, branding, digital outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Discussions also highlighted approaches for building a sustainable entrepreneurship culture within academic institutions.
As part of the ecosystem interactions, DGIGN Innovation and Incubator Foundation, DGI’s institutional incubator, was presented for discussion. Its current requirements, challenges, and proposed short- and long-term growth plans were shared, leading to useful exchanges on collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentorship, funding, and ecosystem partnerships.
The programme concluded with certificate distribution and strengthened professional connections with Innovation Hub UP, AKTU, and incubation centres across Uttar Pradesh, providing opportunities for continued collaboration and knowledge exchange.
