MBA Department, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a Motivational Session on “From classroom to Boardroom: Accelerating your professional journey” on 6th September 2024. Ms Jaya Khanna (Founder of success finesse) was the motivational speaker.
In the beginning, she spoke about the importance of deciding the goals and how to set them to become successful in life. During the session she shared key insights on how to transition effectively from academic life to the professional world. She guided the students about the importance of networking both online and in-person. She also advised the students to be active on platforms like LinkedIn for showcasing skills, projects, and achievements. She further guided the students to build their portfolios, share their knowledge, and engage with professionals in their industry.
She advised students to be proactive in doing internships so as to get the real world exposure. Further she guided the students to stay updated in the fast-evolving world. Importance of Up-skilling and pursuing certification courses was also told to them.
The session was highly interactive, with students participating enthusiastically throughout. It concluded with an engaging Question-and-Answer round, during which students actively interacted with Ms. Jaya Khanna to clarify their doubts and gain deeper insights.
