Campus Placement Drive for Hyper Filteration Pvt. Ltd.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Campus Placement Drive for Hyper Filteration Pvt. Ltd. for B.Tech (EEE/ME) Batch 2020 on 20th & 22nd January, 2020. DGI was the center of all the colleges in Delhi/NCR/Ghaziabad.
Hyper Filteration Pvt. Ltd. did an excellent deal of brain storming and got respite in the form of simplified formula of water treatment. They are one of the famous manufacturers and suppliers of in class quality Water Treatment Plants, R.O. Plants, D.M. Plants, Water Softeners, Zero Discharge Plants, Mineral Water Plants, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Water Pollution Control Equipment, Waste Water Treatment Equipment, etc. These products are widely used in power plants, paper mills, sugar mills, steel mill, and lots more. They import Membranes and High Pressure Pumps from U.S.A.
The Prescreening of students was done on 20th January, 2020 on the basis of 60 minutes online test through which students were gauged on their decision making skills, verbal and nonverbal skills. All the shortlisted students appeared for GD.
Post the Test and Group Discussion, 40 students were shortlisted for the final round held on 22nd January, 2020.
Mr. Rajiv Yadav and his team visited the college for final round.
Company Officials were welcomed by Prof. (Dr.) Ashish Soti - Director DGIGN. After a short formal conversation, Mr. Rajiv Yadav started with the company’s presentation. He explained the students the job responsibilities
After the presentation, there was a Technical round and this was indeed a testing on.
After the completion of the round 18 students were shortlisted for final interview which was indeed grilling. Each student was tested for a couple of hours to gauge their technical expertise.
One student namely Abhishek Kumar Jha was selected after the final placement round.
The placement ended with a vote of thanks by Ms. Richa Jaiswal, Training & Placement Officer, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.
