Expert Talk on Industrial Automation

On the occasion of India Startup Day, Institution's Innovation Council (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized an expert talk on “Industrial Automation” on 22nd October 2021. Mr. Vipin Yadav (Senior Engineer, Orient Craft Limited) and Mr. Bhupesh Sejwal (Senior Sales Consultant, Mercedes Benz- Silver Arrow) were the guest speakers of the session. The event was attended by 80 students.
The main objective of the session was to make the aspiring engineers acquainted with the conceptual as well practical knowledge of the Industrial Automation & latest technologies being used to Industrial Achieve automation.
Mr. Bhupesh Sejwal started the session and gave lecture on industrial automation He emphasised on the industrial application and gave some of examples of applications used in industry. He continued the session and explained application of robots in various industrial sectors.
Mr. Vipin Yadav took the next session and focussed on programming logic controllers (PLCs). He also delivered PLCs applications and its usage in various examples and also gave hands-on- experience in writing simple PLC program.
Next the participants interacted with the expert speakers and cleared their doubts on Industrial Automation. In the end vote of thanks was delivered Dr. S.K.Srivastava (Registrar DGI).
