Visit to the Global HR Conclave - 2023

Prof. Sarita Tiwari (MBA Dept.) along with five MBA students of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended “Global HR Conclave” on 22nd November, 2023 at India International Centre, New Delhi.
The event started with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries including Dr. Bipin Kumar, Prof. Lalit Aggarwal, Dr. Vishwa Mohan Bansal. Prof (Dr.) Markandeya Rai Chancellor (IGTMS University, Arunachal Pradesh), Dr. Priya Ranjan Trivedi (Chancellor, Global Open University Nagaland) and Shri Ravi Kumar Iyer (Senior RSS Pracharak) followed by the induction of the conference.
The theme of the conference was PM Vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat: Role of Corporate leaders. The distinguished speakers shared their thoughts on the initiatives taken by the Government of India to make everyone Atmanirbhar or self- reliant. In addition, the eminent speakers threw light on the latest trend of the Human Resources in current market scenario. The topics ranging from G-20 to Mission Chandrayan were also discussed as the achievement in relation to Human Resource Planning.
The theme of the afternoon session was HR5.0: Sustainable workforce for the future which included some latest trends such as work from home approach and virtual on-boarding of the employees, digital literacy and sustainability of the work force.
The theme of the evening session was Emerging role of HR in Business Transformation. The expert conversations also included HR Accounting and policies.
The session concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants. The session imparted the participants with exclusive knowledge of the on-going trends in HR and the ways by which sustainable goals could be achieved.
