Cultural Club of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida celebrated “Festival of Lights, Deepawali” with full zeal on 10th November, 2023. The faculties and staff of DGI participated in the fun filled day.
The day started with a brief address on the occasion by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla (Director, DGI). She highlighted the importance of unity, oneness as everyone celebrates together and also light up life with good memories. It with followed with making colorful and beautiful Rangolis and Diyas on the ground by the faculty and staff members of the college. The event hall was decorated with Diyas, candles, ribbons and balloons. Everyone was dressed in beautiful traditional attires. The highlight of the celebration was the dancing and music programme. Everyone danced to the tunes of Bollywood music. Various fun filled games were also organized to add up the joy.
Lastly, Diwali gift hampers were distributed to all the faculties and staff members of the college.
