Honeywell CSR program - A Certificate course on

"Artificial Intelligence" under the Student Youth Empowerment Program

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida in collaboration with Honeywell conducted a CSR program “A Certificate course on “Artificial Intelligence” under the Student Youth Empowerment Program from 7^th - 24^th August 2023.  The program was coordinated by Ms. Bhanu Bhardwaj (Asst. Professor, CSE) and Mr. Bharat Bhushan, (System Administrator). Mr. Sanjeet Kumar was the trainer for the program.

Honeywell, a global leader in technology and innovation, demonstrated its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by conducting a Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence under the Student Youth Empowerment Program. The program was designed to empower young minds with cutting-edge knowledge and skills in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

The Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence was structured into two stages, each covering essential topics and practical applications. Topics Covered during the training were:

• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Get started with artificial intelligence
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Explore visual tools for machine learning
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Explore natural language processing
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Explore conversational AI
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Explore decision support
• Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals: Explore knowledge mining
• Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
• Provision and manage Azure Cognitive Services
• Process and translate text with Azure Cognitive Services 

On 7th August, 2023, the program commenced with a warm welcome extended to Mr. Sanjeet Kumar by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla (Director) and Prof. (Dr.) S.K. Srivastava (Registrar).

During the 18 days session Mr. Sanjeet Kumar delivered an insightful speech highlighting the significance of Artificial Intelligence in today's world, emphasizing its applications and impact on various industries.

The comprehensive curriculum, including Microsoft Azure AI fundamentals and real-world application through Azure Cognitive Services, ensured that participants gained a solid understanding of AI concepts and their practical implementation.

On 24^th August, 2023 Ms. Richa Jaiswal, the Head of Training and Placement, expressed her gratitude on behalf of the participants and the organizing team at the conclusion of the Training Program. The program not only equipped the participants with AI skills but also contributed to their personal and professional development. It is expected that the knowledge gained during the course will serve as a strong foundation for the participants in their future endeavors.
