Internship Programme at Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan

Dronacharya Group of Institutions students successfully completed their international research internship at Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech), Japan on9th March 2026. The program, conducted during February–March 2026, provided final-year students with global research exposure and hands-on experience in advanced technological domains. Students from CSIT and CSE actively participated in research activities and academic projects under expert guidance.
During the internship, students engaged in advanced research work and gained exposure to international academic practices. They also experienced independent living and adapted to a global learning environment while working on diverse technological projects.
The students participated in the 8th International Symposium on Neuromorphic AI Hardware organized by Tamukoh Lab and Tanaka Lab, where recent developments in neuromorphic AI were discussed. They contributed as coordinators during the event and gained valuable insights into global research collaborations. At WAGA Lab, students demonstrated their work in areas such as Brain Decoding, EEG experiments, and Kinematic Data Acquisition.
The internship cohort included,Moksha Kohli, Somil Kathuria, Tamanna Kumari, Parnika Gaurarepresenting CSIT and CSE disciplines.
The program concluded with a group interaction and photograph, marking the successful completion of the research internship on 9thMarch 2026. Overall, the initiative strengthened academic collaboration, enhanced research exposure, and reflected DGI’s focus on global learning and student development.
