JKT Technosoft Training

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida had hosted the Campus Placement Drive for JK Technosoft onJanuary 23rd 2015. It was the center of placement for the entire Greater Noida and Delhi region.
Further in the same line, it was made the center for JKT’s Training & Orientation program as well. This training program was a specially designed integrated program offered by JKT from the industry experts. The students from various colleges like Bhagwan Mahaveer Institute of Technology, Sharda University, Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management- Lucknow, Greater Noida Institute of Technology-Greater Noida, Indraprastha Engineering College- Ghaziabad, Maharana Pratap College of Technology-Gwalior, Dronacharya College of Engineering-GGN, Dronacharya Group of Institutions-Greater Noida participated in the Training program.
The first round in this Training session was conducted by Mr. Wasim Haider- Manager –HR-JKT. He stalked in length with the students about the company’s profile, job profile, compensation and the nature of work. He also talked about the work location, the opportunities of growth and moving to a different work location.
Post this session by Mr. Haider the actual Training started on June 19th 2015 with Ms. Shilpi Rahi as the resource person.Ms. Rahi is a Corporate and Student certified Trainer and specializes in Soft Skills and Corporate Learning. The Training session started with an ice breaking session with the students so that they may gel up with each other and take the feedback positively. Various activities were done with the students in order to make them feel more proactive during the Training session.
During further sessions various modules on the following topics were covered:
1. Soft Skills
2. Communication Skills
3. Presentation Skill
s 4. Telephone Etiquettes
5. Psychometric Analysis
6. Stress Management
This was a very elaborate training session for a week and ended on June 27th 2015.
The students were really happy to be a part of the training. The technical Training will be imparted in the premises of the JKT Company.
