Motivational Session by Entrepreneur / Start-Up Founder

Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a “Motivational Session by Entrepreneur / Start-Up Founder” on 25th September, 2021 to encourage students towards entrepreneurship. 150 students along with 3 faculty members took part in the workshop. Mr. Ankit Pradhan (Founder of Keasis Technology Pvt. Ltd. ) exemplify his story of success.
He initiated by saying, engineering has and always will shift its focus between applied and theoretical, hands-on and analytical to meet the needs of the day. Though the basic underpinnings of engineering education remain familiar, the environment and context within which engineers will need to practice reflects challenges and opportunities that are unique today.
He mentioned, an entrepreneur is someone that would never call himself an entrepreneur. He is someone that is happy to work, while all others are out partying. He is addicted to success and finally the entrepreneur knows one simple fact: “I will make it, maybe not immediately but absolutely and definitely”. You have to hustle and think outside the box to make things happen when you are beaten down relentlessly.
He concluded by saying failure is simply learning. When it comes to success hard work always comes into play. There is no greater contentment in life than that of hard work paying off and knowing you are self- made.
