3rd Dialogue India Academia Conclave 2017 WAKE UP INDIA for Reforms & Transformation in Higher Education and National Conference on Design and Innovation was organized by Dialogue India Magazine in association with Industrial Design and Development Center of IITD and AICTE on June 24, 2017 at IIT Delhi.
The Event was inaugurated with the traditional lighting of lamp and was graced by several dignitaries:

Shri Ramesh Bidhuri emphasized on value - based education and self - disciplinary approach. He also gave a glimpses of various steps taken by the Government in the field of education.
Mr. Anuj Agarwal, Group Editor - Dialogue India said that the Higher Education in India especially in private sector is into its transition period.
Dr. Kamal Tawari set the tone about “The Need of Wake up India for Reform and Transformation in Higher Education”. Dr. Tawari presented his views on Innovation, Manufacturing, Globalization, required improvement in education and led emphasis on improving education from primary level.
Delivering the keynote address, Mr. Pawan Sinha said that If by 2020, India's population is expected to become the world's youngest with more than 500 million Indian citizens under 25 years of age and more than two third of the population eligible to work, youth will need the right educational infrastructure to develop skills and adequate opportunities for employment or initiating any startups.
Commander V. K. Jaitley, Prof. S. K. Atrey, Dr. Sudhir Singh, Dr. Valmiki Prasad, Dr. N. K. Jain and Prof. Seema Sharma were of the opinion that education in India can be improved with Indian values. Smt. Krishna Raj, Union Minister of State for Women & Child Development emphasized on the re-establishment of Indian values.
Paper Presentation:
About 30 papers from various Institutes were presented on Technology and Innovations.
Innovative Project Exhibition:
An exhibition was also organized to promote technological innovation in higher education. Several educational institutions from across the country displayed their technological innovation. The institutes participating in this exhibition were IIT Delhi, Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, SCMS School of Engineering and Technology, Krishna Engineering College, RC Patel Institute of Technology, KCG College of Technology, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, GLA University and Mehr Chand Polytechnic.
Mr. Vibhooti Narayan Mishra, Assistant Professor-Mechanical Engineering Department alongwith Sourabh Kumar, Jitendra Prajapati, Prakash Raj and Karan Gupta students from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida exhibited their Project Smart Dash Board.
Managing Editor Dr. Sarika Agarwal and Group Editor of the magazine Mr. Anuj Agarwal expressed their gratitude to all the guests and expressed commitment on continuing such dialogue.
