Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for CoCubes.Com on May 10th, 2016 for all department B.Tech (Batch 2016) students.
CoCubes.com is India's largest assessment and hiring platform. They run assessments to measure employability across all domains. CoCubes works with 750+ corporate clients to execute entry level and lateral assessments and has access to more than a million candidates through its platform. Mr. Sameer Nagpal - National Head Institutions, Mr. Tarun Sharma - Regional Lead North, Mr. Vikas Bhadoria - Manager - Client Relations and Ms. Riya Nigam - Associate HR visited the campus to facilitate the event. Students from various colleges like GTB Delhi, DCE GGN, IPEC Ghaziabad visited the college to participate in the event. All these students were already assessed on the basis of their Aptitude Tests held earlier as a Pre Assessment.
The day was dedicated purely to test their communication skills, self-motivation, dedication and ability to work under pressure. All the students were made to go through a rigorous GD to gauge the same. They were given different topics and all of them presented their views on the topic.
The students who cleared the GD went through a personal interaction round with the panelists. The best part of this interview technique was that all the students went through the interview with all the panelists chance by chance so that the feedback could be collated on a 360’ level.
Lot of non-formal interaction also took place with panelists so that they could determine the personality type of the student as well so that they could be routed to the department best suited for them.
