Industrial Visit to "Ezentech India"

ISTE Student Chapter, Dronacharya Group of Institution, Greater Noida organized an Industrial visit to “Ezentech India” at Ecotech III, Greater Noida on 20th November 2024. Students of ECE/EEE/ECZ along with faculty Ms. Alka Parihar (ECE Department) visited the industry.
The main objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to manufacturing processes, industrial operations, cutting-edge research and development practices and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial practices.
Ezentech India is a leading contract manufacturer (OEM / ODM) for Air conditioners. It has a dominant presence in RAC's complete unit and deals in major RAC components supported by 4 manufacturing facilities across India having a capacity of 1 Million units per annum. In-house manufacturing of components like heat exchangers, sheet metal components, injection molding, and copper tubing. R&D is strength-end by NABL-accredited Psychometric LAB. Ezentech India Private Limited is a manufacturer Exporters Of sheet metal components, tubular components, motorcycle components, cars components, tractor components, refrigerator component, washing machine component, air condition component.
Students were welcomed by the Ezentech team, who provided an overview of the company’s history, operations, and milestones. After that a detailed presentation highlighted the company’s contributions to the RAC industry and its role as a key player in OEM/ODM manufacturing.
Company official took students on company tour where students got familiar to Manufacturing Facility and Quality Control and Testing.
Next students interacted with R&D team and got to know about the role of innovation in maintaining a competitive edge. The team also cleared the doubts of the students.
During the visit, student gained a practical knowledge of the processes involved in manufacturing air conditioners and their components.
