Game Day

Gamesena Gaming Club of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida in collaboration with 9.9 Group organized “Game Day” on 18th May, 2023 for the acers of Gaming in the campus. 50 students participated for Gaming Challenge.
The event was coordinated by Ms. Richa Jaiswal - Training & Placement Head and Mr. Bharat Bhushan - System Administrator.
Mr. Aman Shukla (Head Partnerships) and his team of SKOAR! College Gaming Club (SCGC) visited the College.
The Team SKOAR was welcomed by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla (Director DGI).
After a short formal conversation, Mr. Aman Shukla started with briefing the rules and regulation of event.
The objective of the event was to promote the culture of gaming into a more socially acceptable form of recreation and entertainment and to explore and discuss interactive media such as video games. Online Gaming has emerged as a popular and successful source of e-Sports for people of all ages, especially students. With Gamesena - Dronacharya Group of Institutions aims to allow its students to enter the emerging and ever-growing field and explore the possibilities of a career in e-Sports.
Students participated with enthusiasm and the top-notch line gaming laptops just uplifted the energy of the room. Out of the total participation, 10 students were qualified for the Grand Finale.
