DRONPRATIBIMB'23: Annual Technical Fest

11th - 13th May 2023

Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized “DRON- PRATIBIMB - A Technical Event” from 11^th – 13^th May, 2023.  DRON- PRATIBIMB was an opportunity and platform for students to showcase their hard work and talent. CSI, SAE and IEEE student chapters assisted in the proper execution of the 3-day event. Every Department actively hosted two events each and also exhibited their best projects at the institute level.

The objective of the event was to enhance student’s knowledge and talent, research orientation and unstopped potential and prepare future generation of engineers to be innovative leaders, responsible citizens and problem solvers.

Following events were organized during the 3 day event:

• Debate Competition: Dr. Mamta Bhardwaj and Ms. Priyanka Asthana were the faculty coordinators of the debate competition. Competition took place in the seminar hall and students of 1^styear participated in the competition.
• Extempore (Train of Thoughts): Dr. Neha Gupta and Ms. Jasmeen Kaur were the faculty coordinators. Students from 1^styear participated in the competition and displayed great level of thoughts.
• Best out of waste: Students of 1^st Year participated in the competition. The participants were judged on the basis of uniqueness of products thus designed by them. Mr. Gopal Singh and Mr. Abhishek Kumar were the faculty coordinators.
• Software Based Product Modelling (Think & Sketch): Students from Mechanical Engineering Department participated in the competition wherein they were required to ponder, plan, visualize and sketch the new designs. Ms. Krati Hardya coordinated the event.
• Technical Quiz (Quizzie Minions): 2^nd Year students of CSE Dept. participated in the technical quiz competition. Students were required to answer the given questions within the stipulated time. Dr. Adarsh Malviya was the faculty coordinator.
• Blind Coding: 2^nd year students of CSE Dept. participated in Blind Coding competition. They were required to perform coding on problem statements given spontaneously. Mr. Anurag Upadhyay coordinated the event.
• Machine Test: Students from 3^rd Year, CSE Dept. participated in the competition. Ms. Parul Singh was the faculty coordinator of the event.
• UI/UX Design: Students from 3^rd Year, CSE Dept. participated in the competition. Mr. Rajat Kumar coordinated the event.
• Project Competition (Visual Cue, Spell Bee, Business Model Canvas, Robo Racing, Circuit Assembly): Various project competitions were organized for the students of MBA and ECE/EEE/ECZ Department. Dr. Kamaldeep, Mr. Sandeep Mishra, Ms. Kanika, Ms. Sarita and Dr. Sahab Singh coordinated the event.
• Workshop on 3-D Printing and Robotics by Dr. Shailesh Kumar Singh and Dr. Kaustubh Kumar Shukla.

The winners of the Project competition were awarded with cash prize, certificate and trophies. All the participant’s efforts were also applauded by giving certificates
