Exhibition/Poster Presentation of Business Plans & Linkage with Innovation Ambassadors/Experts for Mentorship Support"

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida continued its tradition of providing innovation, entrepreneurship, and academic excellence by hosting a dynamic three-day event titled the "Exhibition/Poster Presentation of Business Plans & Linkage with Innovation Ambassadors/Experts for Mentorship Support" which was expertly managed through the YUKTI-NIR platform. The event took place from the 24th - 26th May, 2023, and aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their innovative business plans and to connect with experienced mentors and innovation experts.
Day 1: Poster Presentation from Computer Science Department (CSE, CSIT, IT)
The event kicked off on the first day with an exciting poster presentation from the Computer Science Department, which included students from Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT), and Information Technology (IT). The posters highlighted a wide range of innovative ideas, products, and services that had the potential to make a significant impact in the technology sector. The participants demonstrated their strong research and analytical skills, presenting their business plans with clarity and enthusiasm.
Day 2: Poster Presentations of ECE, ECZ, EEE, ME Department
On the second day, the spotlight shifted to the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECZ), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) departments. The participants from these diverse fields showcased their creativity and ingenuity through their posters. The event hall was abuzz with discussions and interactions as students, faculty, and experts engaged in insightful conversations about the presented ideas. The day reinforced the multidisciplinary nature of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Day 3: Final Exhibition and Winners Announcement
The event ended on the third day, which featured the grand exhibition of the selected posters from both Day 1 and Day 2. The exhibition provided a holistic view of the innovation and entrepreneurship culture thriving within the institution. The participants had the opportunity to engage with a broader audience, including fellow students, faculty members, and industry experts. This engagement facilitated valuable feedback and networking, enhancing the overall quality of the projects.
Later on winners of the event were announced during a closing ceremony. Panelists comprising HOD’s, evaluated the posters based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, market potential, and presentation quality. The winners were felicitated for their outstanding contributions and were encouraged to continue their journey towards transforming their ideas into impactful ventures. The event ended with a vote of thanks from Prof Sanghamitra, IIC Convenor.
