8 Day Workshop on "Universal Human and Professional Ethics"
(Under TEQIP Ph. III Project of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow)

Value Education Cell of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow conducted an 8 Days Workshop on Universal Human and Professional Ethics under TEQIP PHASE-III from 28th May, 2018 to 4th June, 2018. The workshop was organized at NIET, Greater Noida.
Asst. Prof. Prassan Sharma, Dept. of Applied Science from Dronacharya Group of Institution, Greater Noida attended the workshop alongwith many other staff members from several colleges affiliated to AKTU.
The Resource Persons for the workshop were :
- Dr. Manish Kaushik
- Dr. Parul Singh, and
- Prof. Sandeep
During the workshop, the Resourse Persons discussed Self Realization and the relationship between self, society, nature, family and near and dear ones. The workshop focused on the relationship building aspect of human beings with all stake holders so as to bring harmony in society and nature.
A documentary on “Hiware Village” was shown to the participants and discussion was done regarding this to make the participants understand the feeling and behavior of the residents of the village and how the transparency in the system and contribution of each person is the society led the Hiware Village towards prosperity.
Another video, “An Inconvenient Truth” was played post which a discussion on how humans are contributing towards the problems in the nature was done. The possible solutions were also discussed.
The Role of Education in holistic development was discussed in the context of self-exploration. A session on basic human aspiration was conducted to explain Happiness and Prosperity.
During another session, the importance of relationship, physical facilities and right understanding in life of human being was discussed. The five dimensional human order was explained
On the concluding day, 4th June 2018, the participants shared their feedback and benefits they gained by attending the workshop.
The workshop ended with certificate distribution and group photograph.
