Department, NSS, Government of Uttar Pradesh) for Promotion and
Awareness of NSS Activities

Dr. Manju Singh, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and State Liaison Officer (SLO) from the Higher Education Department, National Service Scheme (NSS), Government of Uttar Pradesh, visited the Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida on 24th April 2025 as part of her official engagement with higher education institutions affiliated with the NSS.
The esteemed guest was warmly welcomed by Dr. B.M.K Prasad (Director General) and Dr. Shailesh Singh (Registrar) and Dr.PawanSharma( HOD APS)She was escorted to the venue and welcomed with tilak by NSS Volunteers.
Dr. BMK Prasad, highlighted the institution’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence and social responsibility. He also explained a detailed overview of the NSS activities conducted by the institution, focusing on community development, youth engagement and the promotion of national integration.
Dr. Manju Singh in her address appreciated the commendable efforts of the institution in aligning with the core objectives of the National Service Scheme. She emphasized the importance of holistic student development through active participation in NSS and encouraged continued innovation in community service initiatives.
Following the formal meeting, Dr. Singh was taken on a campus tour where she visited key departments, NSS activity centersand interacted with NSS volunteers.
The visit concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Registrar, who acknowledged Dr. Manju Singh’s valuable guidance and presence as a source of inspiration for the institution.
