MBA department brings together a dedicated group of educators with strong academic qualifications and diverse expertise in areas such as finance, human resources, management, and foundational business research. With several faculty members holding Ph.D. degrees and others possessing advanced master’s qualifications, they combine scholarly insight with real-world business perspectives to enrich classroom learning and student engagement. The team led by Prof. Shiwani Sharma (HOD), whose strengths lie in guiding students to understand complex management principles, develop strategic thinking, and strengthen communication and leadership skills which are all essential for future business leaders.
Through interactive teaching, mentorship, and professional experience, the MBA faculty support students in becoming confident, career-ready professionals prepared to face the challenges of a dynamic corporate world.
