Campus Placement Drive by Captain Tractors

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Campus Placement drive by Captain Tractors for B. Tech. ME 2017 Batch on 21st & 22nd April 2017.

It was a two day event and DGI, Greater Noida was the center for all the colleges in Delhi /NCR. Students from colleges including GL Bajaj, IIMT, IPEC, Accurate, HEC Haryana came to DGI to participate in the placement activity. The first round was an off line test of 45 minutes which had questions pertaining to technical aspects and Aptitude domain. This was a filteration round and only the shortlisted students were called on for the second day s activity.
On April 22, 2017 the activity started with the company s presentation by Mr. Mahesh Behuria - HR Manager. He ran the students through the company s prospectives, beliefs and work culture. He also, informed the students about the work profile and their roles and responsibilities. He took questions from the students and cleared their doubts as well. After the company s presentation, the next round was the interview round in which the students were gauged on their problem solving skills and technical expertise.
The students faced a tough interviewee and were tested on 360 approach.
After a full day of buzzing activity, the placement activity came to an end with the vote of thanks from the Training & Placement Officer of DGI, Ms. Prachi Agarwal.
