Technical Training Program by Tech SakSham - Edunet Foundation

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE) & Women Development Cell (WDC), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida in partnership with Tech SakSham – Edunet Foundation organized a Technical Training Program from 20th March - 4th May, 2023.
Mr. Ankit (Edunet Foundation) was the trainer of the Technical Training Program. He featured enthusiastic participants; eager to learn and grow in the field of technology.
The program aimed to provide comprehensive technical education to participants, with a focus on empowering women learners for technical careers.
On 20th March, 2023, the program commenced with a warm welcome extended to Mr. Ankit by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla (Director, DGI) and Prof. (Dr.) S.K. Srivastava (Registrar, DGI). In the opening session Mr. Ankit delivered a speech highlighting the TechSaksham Program initiated by Edunet Foundation.
He emphasized upon goal of empowering women learners for careers, in technology with support from Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. and SAP India Ltd.
The training program was divided into two segments:
Foundation Course: Basic
- Module 1: Linux Operating System
- Module 2: Introduction to Database
- Module 3: Building the Front Phase for Web
- Module 4: Introduction to Java Programming Language
- Module 5: Understanding the Azure Cloud
Deep Drive Course: Full Stack Web Development / Cloud Computing / Artificial Intelligence
The training program was meticulously coordinated by Ms. Bhanu Bhardwaj (Asst. Professor, DGI) and Mr. Bharat Bhushan (System Administrator, DGI)
The program facilitated the skills of learners in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Full Stack Development and provided opportunities to them in the industry through job placements, internships or micro entrepreneurship ventures.
The participants were able to acquire knowledge and skills in technical domains and Mr. Ankit’s insights into the mission of TechSaksham had greatly added value to the program. The collaborative efforts of DGI and Edunet Foundation made a huge contribution towards empowering women in technical careers.
On 4th May, 2023 Ms. Richa Jaiswal (T&P Head) expressed her gratitude to all participants, trainers and organizers for their dedication and contribution towards the success of the Training Program. The program made a lasting impact on the journey towards empowering women in technology. The knowledge and skills acquired during the program unlocked the opportunities for the participants in the Tech industry.
The Training Program was a significant step towards bridging the gender gap in the technology sector and fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
