"Women Should Consider Entrepreneurship as Career Option"

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a technical session on “Women Should Consider Entrepreneurship as Career Option” on 3^rd March, 2023. The keynote speaker of the session was Dr. Yogita Shukla (Founder & Director, Wo-Men Geospatial Coterie.) Girl students of the college attended the session.

Prof. Priya Satsangi (HOD – MBA Department) gave a brief description of the eminent speaker of the technical session. Speaking about the topic, she highlighted about the importance of keeping the confidence level high and never afraid of experimenting. She said, by developing critical thinking, improving communication skills and carrying innovative activities, one can soar high and achieve big. She motivated the students through the example of her own start-up. She said, there are many reasons why women must consider Entrepreneurship as Career Option like:

• Entrepreneurship gives freedom of Work
• It allows for more rapid advancement
• It increases the confidence level
• It gives you more control
• It offers more fulfillment
• It makes you strong

Students were highly motivated and also asked certain questions related to entrepreneurship with the speaker.
