Training & Placement Cell of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, organized an Expert Talk on 4th October 2025 for final-year students. The session was delivered by Mr. Hardeep Singh B., Group Manager at HCLTech, who holds extensive expertise in Operations Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Campus Relations.
During the session, Mr. Singh shared valuable insights into the evolving IT sector and guided students on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands. He highlighted the key attributes recruiters look for, including problem-solving, adaptability, technical proficiency, and effective communication. He also emphasized the importance of continuous upskilling and offered practical advice on navigating the transition from campus to corporate life, along with career opportunities at HCLTech.
