Industrial Visit to Anmol Industries Limited

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, organized an industrial visit to Anmol Industries Limited, Greater Noida, on 13th November 2025 for first-year B. Tech students of the Mechanical Engineering Department. The visit was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Vishnu Kuntal and Prof. Ankur Sachdeva. The primary objective of this academic initiative was to provide students with practical exposure to large-scale industrial operations, modern manufacturing processes, and workplace culture within a leading FMCG production facility.
Anmol Industries Limited is one of India’s leading FMCG brands, renowned for its wide range of biscuits, baked products, and confectionery items. The Greater Noida plant operates with advanced automated production lines supported by modern machinery, stringent quality assurance systems, and highly efficient packaging processes. The facility is known for maintaining rigorous hygiene standards and ensuring consistent product quality through sophisticated testing mechanisms.
Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by company officials, who provided an introductory briefing on the organization’s history, product portfolio, market presence, and operational philosophy. The technical team subsequently guided the students through various sections of the plant, including the raw material handling area, dough preparation unit, baking and production lines, quality control and testing laboratory, and the automated packaging section. Students observed the functioning of continuous baking ovens, automated conveyor systems, dough mixing technologies, and hygienic food-processing practices. The visit offered valuable insights into quality assurance processes such as sampling procedures, moisture and texture testing, and packaging integrity checks, which are essential for maintaining product safety and consistency.
Throughout the tour, the emphasis on safety protocols and hygiene standards highlighted the importance of discipline and compliance in food manufacturing industries. Students also interacted with industry professionals, gaining clarity on modern industrial practices, process automation, and career opportunities within the FMCG sector.
