Department of Computer Science & Engineering of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram, successfully conducted the “Project Exhibition of B. Tech–CSE Second Year” on 14th November 2025under the leadership of Dr. Bipin Pandey (HOD, CSE) and coordinated by Prof. Vaishali Mogha (Faculty Coordinator, CSE). The event served as an excellent platform for students to demonstrate their creativity, technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through a diverse range of innovative projects.
Students presented projects related to AI, ML, cybersecurity, web development, automation, and IoT-based applications, emphasizing the department’s focus on future-ready skill development.
The exhibition aimed to provide a platform for second-year students to apply their classroom knowledge to practical work, encourage creativity and teamwork, enhance communication and presentation skills, identify exceptional talent, and strengthen industry–academia relevance through problem-oriented project building. The event featured a wide variety of software projects demonstrated through posters, prototypes, technical diagrams, and live coding. Faculty evaluators assessed each project based on innovation, technical depth, real-world relevance, teamwork, and clarity of presentation.
Students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing projects across multiple domains of computer science. Faculty appreciated their originality, technical accuracy, and structured approach toward problem-solving. Top-performing teams from each section were recognized with Winner’s e-Certificates. The exhibition yielded valuable outcomes, including enhanced technical skills, improved confidence and communication abilities, increased interest in research, internships, hackathons, and the identification of strong talent for future competitions.
Faculty evaluators shared encouraging feedback, highlighting the students’ strong programming fundamentals, effective use of APIs, datasets, and well-organized documentation. They also advised students to focus more on testing, scalability, and cybersecurity aspects in future projects. Interdisciplinary solutions combining software and hardware components received special appreciation.
In conclusion, the Project Exhibition of B.Tech–CSE Second Year proved to be an enriching and highly successful academic event. It enabled students to translate theoretical knowledge into meaningful applications while nurturing innovation and technical insight.
