The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) in association with the Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India & Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India organized the 13th Higher Education Summit & Exhibition 2017, during 9th to 11th November 2017 at India Expo-Mart, Greater Noida, India.
The rationale behind FICCI Higher Education Summit 2017 was not only to bring together key stakeholders including policy makers, educationists and industry at both national and international level for deliberations and knowledge sharing but also to create an ecosystem for developing strategic partnerships in the education sector between India and the potential countries.
20 students from the Department of CSE, CSIT & IT accompanied by Asst. Prof. Ms. Monu Singh, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended the Higher Education Summit on 11th November 2017. They had the opportunity to witness and interact with the executives of several Indian as well as International Universities and gather information about higher education pertaining to their area and interest of study. Sh. Pawan Chamling, Chief Minister of Sikkim was the Chief Guest for the valedictory function.
This visit was very informative for the students in many aspects. They gathered information about the courses which are in demand in the market. They also got to know about the Colleges and Universities which provide these Courses.
