Dronacharya Mission Merit Awards 2026

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Dronacharya Mission Merit Awards 2026 on 23 April 2026 to honour the exceptional academic performance of its B.Tech First Year students in the AKTU First Semester Results. The ceremony brought together students, faculty members, and institute leadership to celebrate achievement and encourage a culture of academic excellence.
More than 60 meritorious students were felicitated during the ceremony, with ₹2.5 lakh+ in scholarships distributed to recognize their outstanding performance. The College Topper, who secured an SGPA of 9.18, received ₹11,000, while the student achieving a perfect 70/70 in Mathematics was awarded ₹7,000. Additional awards of ₹5,000 and ₹2,000 were presented to students securing SGPA in the 8.50–8.99 and 8.00–8.49 ranges, respectively.
Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta Mangesh, Director addressed the gathering and congratulated the students on their achievements, encouraging them to remain committed to learning and continue setting higher academic goals. Dr. Pawan Sharma (HOD APS) and members of the faculty team also joined the celebration, adding to the encouragement and appreciation extended to the achievers.
The felicitation ceremony featured moments of appreciation, interaction, and celebration as students received their awards in the presence of their peers and faculty members. The recognition provided an encouraging platform for young achievers while inspiring the wider student community to pursue their academic goals with greater focus and determination.
Prof. (Dr.) Shailesh Singh, Registrar proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the ceremony.
