Dronacharya Group of Institutions successfully organized DRONPRATIBIMB 4.0 - 2026, a National Level Hybrid Hackathon, in collaboration with Genesis on 22nd April 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The event was designed to encourage innovation, creativity, and technical excellence among students by providing them with a platform to develop and present innovative solutions to real-world problems. Conducted in hybrid mode, the hackathon witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across the country, promoting collaboration, learning, and competitive spirit among young innovators.
The hackathon received an overwhelming response with a total of 729 team registrations from various institutions across India. After a rigorous screening process, 45 teams were shortlisted for the final round, including 36 offline teams and 9 online teams. Participants showcased innovative projects across diverse domains such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Smart Applications, Automation, Healthcare Technology, and Sustainable Solutions. The competition focused on evaluating students’ practical implementation skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, and ability to execute ideas effectively within limited time constraints.
The projects were evaluated by an esteemed panel of industry experts, including professionals from organizations such as WTW, Cognizant, CDAC Noida, Honeywell, Unstop, and Sunveda Essentials LLP. The judging criteria included Innovation, Feasibility, Impact, and Execution, with equal importance given to each parameter. Team DSYNC from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies secured the First Position, while Team RUNTIME TERROR from Dronacharya College of Engineering achieved the Second Position. Team Krishi Drishti from Dronacharya Group of Institutions secured the Third Position in the offline category, whereas Team Bread and Jam from MVJ College of Engineering secured the Third Position in the online category.
DRONPRATIBIMB 4.0 - 2026 concluded on a highly successful and inspiring note, reflecting the enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative mindset of the participants. The event provided students with valuable exposure to real-time problem-solving, project development, and industry-oriented learning while strengthening their technical and professional skills. The hackathon further highlighted the commitment of Dronacharya Group of Institutions towards fostering innovation, research, and experiential learning among students through impactful academic and technical initiatives.
