Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Fanuc India Pvt. Ltd. for B.Tech ECE/EEE 2017 Batch on July 22, 2017.
FANUC CORPORATION, Japan is a pioneer in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology since 1956. In today’s manufacturing world, "FANUC" is amongst the most reliable and dependable brands on any shop - floor. FANUC India Private Limited is a subsidiary of FANUC CORPORATION and was established in 1992 with its headquarters in Bangalore.
The objective of the company is to provide the Indian market with the entire range of top of the line FANUC products coupled with value added services thereby delivering the least cost of ownership to their valuable customers.
Dronacharya Group of Institutions was the center of the placement in Delhi/NCR where other colleges, RKGIT, Amity Business School, Apeejay School of Management, BSAITM, IIMT, NIET and MSIT etc. also participated in the campus placement drive.
Mr. Ravinder Kumar - Talent Acquisition Head along with his TEAM of 5 members visited DGI, Greater Noida GN for the conduction of the campus placement event. They were welcomed by Director, Dr. Ashish Soti.
The first round was the company's presentation in which Mr. Kumar briefed the students about the profile and the company's work culture. He talked in total about the history of the company, the vision and mission of the company and stated that it is very important for all the employees to align their vision with the company’s vision. This enhances the overall development of both the employer and employee.
Post the presentation, the next round was the written test. This comprised of Aptitude, Technical and English fundamentals and was Off line. After the test and evaluation process, the students were segregated on the base of their individual stream and performance.
The interviews were then conducted. The final result of the activity is still awaited.
