International Conference on Management : Wining in a VUCA World

Students from the Department of Management Studies, Ms. Mahima Narula, Ms. Tanya Yadav and Mr. Siddharth Chaudhary along with their guide Dr. Azad Singh, Assistant Professor, MBA Department, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida presented their research paper entitled "Quality of Work Life in Service Sector in India" in "The International Conference on Management: Wining in a VUCA World" held at NCU, Gurugram, Haryana on 4th October 2019.
The theme of the conference was "How management professionals can achieve their goals in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) World."
The conference was attended by eminent Academicians and Guests including: Mr. D. P. Goel (Industrialist & Entrepreneur and CEO-WINNTUS Group), Ms. Tamanna Khanna (VP & Head HR, Vihaan Networks), Prof. Vipin Gupta (California State University, Recorded Talk), Mr. Rajesh Parikh (VP, GTIS, Gurgaon), Prof. (Dr.) D.R. Agarwal (Prof. Emeritus, Starex University), Mr. Gagan Saxena (Founder & CEO, HQBE) and Mr. Deepak Bharara (Director-People, A2Z).
The conference started with the welcome address by Prof. Hemant Trivedi. Prof. H.B. Raghvendra and Dr. Prem Vrat. They shared their views on business environment and the changing phenomena in business scenario, which are forcing organizations to constantly revise the model they operate in.
Mr. Goel explained how he converted his one-time small company into a business empire. Ms. Tamanna discussed modules for survival in a VUCA world. She stressed upon Continuous Learning, Resilience and Reflection that everyone must follow.
The conference concluded with the announcement of the best paper.
