Trip to Khetkamp

Tourist Club of Dronacharya Group of Institutions organised an adventurous and recreational trip for its faculty and staff to Khetkamp, an adventure village, on 3rd February 2026, coordinated by Mukesh Kumar Bhardwaj (Asst Prof.) and Anu Jain (Asst. Prof.). The trip was planned with the objective of promoting team bonding, relaxation, and rejuvenation among employees while offering exposure to adventure-based activities in a natural setting.
The group departed from the campus in the early morning hours and reached Khetkamp as per the planned schedule. Surrounded by scenic landscapes and open spaces, the venue provided an ideal environment for a refreshing break from routine academic and administrative responsibilities.
Upon arrival, participants were warmly welcomed by the Khetkamp coordinators and briefed on safety guidelines and the day’s itinerary. Faculty and staff actively participated in a variety of adventure and recreational activities, including trekking, rope activities, obstacle challenges, team games, and other outdoor experiences. These activities promoted teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and mutual trust while adding an element of excitement and enjoyment.
A well-arranged breakfast and lunch featuring local and traditional cuisine were served and appreciated by all participants. Informal interactions during the meals further strengthened interpersonal relationships among faculty and staff members from different departments.
The trip concluded with a feedback and reflection session in which participants shared their experiences and expressed appreciation for the initiative taken by the management. The return journey was smooth, and the group reached the campus safely by evening.
Overall, the trip to Khetkamp proved to be a memorable, refreshing, and enriching experience. It successfully fulfilled its objectives of fostering camaraderie, reducing work-related stress, and enhancing team spirit among the faculty and staff of Dronacharya Group of Institutions.
