Best Presentation Award at Global HR Conclave - 2023

MBA First Year and Second Year students under the leadership of Dr. Sahab Singh (MBA Dept.) from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, delivered a presentation at the “Global HR Conclave – 2023” organized by the Integrated Institute of Human Resource (IIHR) in association with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) held at India International Centre, New Delhi on 29th December, 2023. The GHRC was a remarkable event that set the stage for an insightful exploration of the theme, "PM Vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat: Role of HR Leaders."
The Global HR Conclave 2023 served as a premier platform for HR professionals, industry experts, and thought leaders to come together and exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices. The event offered a unique opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in the field of human resources, enabling them to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth and success of their respective organizations.
The event featured engaging presentations by Ms. Aarti Mohan and Ms. Sushmita Viswas from MBA First Year, along with Mr. Shashwat Chaudhary and Mr. Mukul from MBA Second Year. They presented case studies titled “HR Strategies for Building a Sustainable Workshop & Fostering Corporate Goals Leadership.” They highlighted the successful integration of HR strategies into the vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan,” positioning contributors not only for national economic growth but also as stakeholders in the nation’s development. The presentation received a big round of applause. The 2nd team of MBA gave a fabulous presentation on “Total Quality Management (TQM)”, discussing how TQM involves the commitment of all employees at all levels to continuously enhance performance and meet or exceed customer expectations during delivery.
The students showcased their expertise and dedication. The jury members were impressed with MBA First-Year student Ms. Aarti and her team's presentation, acknowledging the clarity of their thoughts.
In recognition of their outstanding presentations, they were honored with the Best Presentation Award in the form of Mementos and Certificates.
