Technical Poster Presentation

1st - 2nd December 2023

Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE) Dronacharya Group of Institutions, organized “Technical Poster Presentation” on 1^st -2^nd December 2023. Mr. Deepak Kumar & Ms. Krati Hardya coordinated the event under the supervision of Dr. Shailesh Kumar Singh (Innovation Ambassador). Students from all the departments actively and enthusiastically participated in the event. Judges of the event were Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla, Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Srivastava, Prof. Sanghmitra V. Arora, Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta Mangesh and Prof. (Dr.) Bipin Pandey. 20 teams participated in the presentation.

The objective of the presentation was to encourage students to delve themselves into their creative side and to promote their entrepreneurial spirit through start-up ideas along with learning and improving poster making and presentation skills.

Students were asked to submit their abstract (poster) by 16^th November 2023 and the students were informed about the acceptance of poster on 24^th November 2023

The face to face presentation commenced with lamp lightning by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla(President, IIC), Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Srivastava (Vice President, IIC) and all IIC members followed by brief address by the Prof. (Dr.) Seema Shukla .

The judges evaluated the posters displayed by the teams and asked them questions about their ideas and vision for their start-ups. The students gave their presentation and listened tentatively to judge’s opinion.

After judges were done with the evaluation, winners were announced. The winners were awarded with cash prizes 5000, 3000 & 2000 for the positions first, second & third respectively.
