International Conference on Growth Sustainability & Globalization

Four students of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended and presented paper at the International Conference on Growth Sustainability & Globalization at Gautam Buddha University on 8^th - 9^th March, 2024. Dr. Ritu Soryan (Dean of Students Welfare, DGI and HOD MBA Dept.) accompanied the students and was not only a distinguished guest but also had the honour of being invited as the Keynote Speaker and Session Chair for the International Conference. The event was organized by the Department of Economics, Planning, and Development and held under the patronage of Prof. Bandana Panday, the Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

During the conference, Dr. Ritu Soryan delivered an insightful talk, showcasing her expertise. Alongside this, she also presided over the evaluation of 12 papers, approaching the task with a keen analytical perspective.

Two first-year MBA students, Ms. Aarti Mohan and Ms. Sushmita, presented a paper titled “A Comprehensive Examination: Sustainable Strategies for Work-Life Harmony - Nurturing Mental Health and Well-being in Successful Women Leaders and their Leadership Journey.” Their presentation received praise from the jury, and the students adeptly handled cross-questions with confidence.

 In parallel, Mr. Nitin Mishra and Mr. Shubham Kumar actively engaged in the skill development sessions, gaining valuable insights into paper writing skills.

The conference, inaugurated by Dr. Ombir Singh, the Head of the Department of Economics, Planning, and Development, revolved around the theme of the impact of globalization on international trade, investment, and financial transactions. The discussions focused on economic expansion, progress, and the positive effects on employment opportunities and living standards, particularly in developing nations.

The Chief Patron, Prof. (Dr.) Ravindra Kumar Sinha, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, graced the occasion with his blessings. Prof. Bandana Panday, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, expressed gratitude during the vote of thanks.

Dr. Ritu Soryan was honoured with a momento and token of love from the conference team.

The conference concluded with certificate distribution in a special session chaired by Dr. Ritu Soryan, Dr Ombir Singh and Prof. Bandana Panday, acknowledging the successful culmination of the International Conference on Growth Sustainability & Globalization.
