HR Conclave-2025: Ensuring Workforce with Embracing Technological Advancements

Dr. Sahab Singh, Professor, Department of Management Studies, Dronacharya Group of Institutions was invited as a keynote speaker at HR Conclave-2025: Ensuring Workforce with Embracing Technological Advancements on 12th February’2025 organized by HR Club. Ms. Anu Jain, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, Dronacharya Group of Institution along with 10 management students participated in the event.
The objective of the conclave was to discuss how the technology adoption by HR professional can support HR professionals in making workforce ready for future.
Dr. Ayush Mangal, Vice Chairman, MGI, Greater Noida has welcomed the dignitaries & participants who have joined the session and insisted upon for their active participation in the program.
Prof. CS Tanay Ojha, moderated the session and put forth several questions to the speakers to light upon for the healthy discussion during the conclave. Prof. Ojha started the session by putting a statement that “how the adoption of technology can help HR professionals in making workforce ready for future”.
Shri Gurumukh Sigh Bawa (Ex-General Manager, Airport Authority of India & distinguished speaker), emphasised on the concept of “Emptying and Filling the Cup of Knowledge”, in his speech to make people know the importance of letting go of preconceived notions, biases, and assumptions to make room for new knowledge, perspectives, and experiences.
In the context of the HR Conclave, the concept signifies the willingness to create some space in the brain by removing the junks and out-dated ideas and then absorb new knowledge, insights, and best practices shared by fellow professionals thought leaders and experts.
Mr. Sandeep Singh Sasan, (HR Operations Head, DRA India Pvt. Ltd.) presented his idea of “Learn-Earn and then Fun”, in his speech.
Dr. Sahab Singh (Professor, Department of Management Studies, Dronacharya Group of Institutions) emphasised on the work culture of all higher educational & technical institution in his speech and responded that they can develop their students for the future in a holistic manner if their students undergo on real-world projects with the industries in reality, cultivated with business skills alongside technical skills, embodied with Artificial Intelligence for their personalized and interdisciplinary learning in the due course of time by ensuring a periodic quality check without fail.
Additionally, he insisted upon the transformation of capability to learnability and the need of putting the collective efforts to establish a global framework for AI based on open source to enhance trust & transparency for the ecosystem. Still human made decision are really critical in understanding situation complex emotions and ethical decisions for the holistic growth, he added.
Shri Inderjeet Vasist (Group Leader-HR, Nihon Parkerizing India Pvt. Ltd.) delivered an amazing session on problem solving techniques using Artificial Intelligence & importance of HR professionals in the industry.
Further, Mr. Vasist emphasised on HR management practices in solving critical problems using AI in the industry.
Dr. Ruchika Gupta (Director, MGI, Greater Noida) urged participants to follow the path suggested by the HR professionals, industry thought leaders, and renowned academicians during the conclave.
Professor (Dr.) Azad Singh, Convener of the Conclave-2025, summed up the session by saying that all can jointly prepare desired workforce for the future if the adoption of innovative approaches & integration of technology in HR practices is ensured ethically and holistically.
In addition, he augmented the participants by appraising the contribution of speakers towards progress of nation at conclave.
Keynote speakers have been provided with the certificates and mementoes as a token of gesture, and then the conclave came to an end with the vote of thanks.
The conclave provided a platform for HR professionals, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, media, academicians and enthusiasts to gather exchange ideas, grow together and discuss the current Human Resource Practices with a vision of empowering HR Leaders to navigate the dynamic intersection of technology and human capital.
