Visit to ACREX India 2017

ACREX-India 2017 South Asia's Largest Exhibition on Refrigeration & Cold Chain, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Intelligence Building was organized by Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) at India Exposition Mart Ltd., Greater Noida during 23rd February to 25th February 2017. Mr. Harshit Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering , Dronacharya Group of Institution, Greater Noida along with eighteen students from Mechanical Engineering VI Semester visited the exhibition.
The exhibition featured diverse Building Engineering Services that included Electrical & Plumbing Services, Building Automation and the ever - growing Cold Chain Industry. ACREX India 2017 not only provided the launch-pad for potential business-enabling collaborations, but also a living resource pool and a seamless amalgamation of Integrated Building Solutions that one can access instantly.
The objective of visiting the exhibition was to make our students aware about Advancement of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering services.
Students visited various pavilions where Building Automation, Cabling Systems, Air-conditioning & Air-treatment products were displayed. In one of the pavilion Delta India, a leading global provider of Power and Thermal Management Solutions, demonstrated Delta�s Building Solutions with full-spectrum of Energy-saving, Energy Generation and Energy Storage Systems such as BMS, HVAC, Elevator, Lighting etc. Other companies also showcased their Leading-edge Industrial Automation Technologies focusing on broad spectrum of AC Motor Drives, AC Servo Drives, PLCs, Industrial PCs and Panel PCs, HMIs, IoT Routers.
The exhibition showcased various Building Service Segments coming together for the first time and making the largest alliance space. Students got lot of information on advancements in HVAC Technologies as well as various Industrial Automation Technologies.
The visit was very fruitful in terms of acquiring knowledge in Leading-edge Industrial Automation Technologies and HVAC.
